You might read the title of this slot and immediately think that waves of cash will immediately be heading your way. That may well be the case, but, unfortunately the word “wave” in the title of this popular Bally slot is a reference to surfing, which is the theme of this game.
The game is set against the backdrop of a beach, which will transport you to warmer temperatures and hopefully a hot run on the reels. The symbols in the Cash Wave slot include Sun cream and a towel, a camper van with surfboard on top and flip flops. Strangely there is one photo symbol in the slot, a rather attractive blonde who I’m presuming is meant to be a surfer (the wave in the background might be a giveaway).

The first thing you’ll notice when you enter this slot is the fact that there are four symbols on show on each of the five reels (as opposed to the usual three). Graphically it is a bit lacking and the game-play is not as fun as some other Bally games such as the Hot Shot progressive slot machine or even the similarly themed Aloha island slot. Overall, I’d rate this as an average slot. It’s worth a couple of goes, but it’s lacking some of the fun and flare of other Bally games. By all means try it out, but for me the only real wave here is the one I’ll be giving to bid Cash Wave goodbye.
